The number one new year's resolution is to lose weight. How about making a resolution to not only lose weight but to lose dead weight; anything keeping you from being the you--you really want to be. Changing one's lifestyle is just that--changing one's lifestyle. If you have a lifestyle conducive to you gaining weight, a lifestyle conducive to you not reaching your potential as a person, resolve to change it and change it now.
